เพราะว่าเราได้​มี​​ผู้​ประกาศข่าวประเสริฐให้​แก่​เราแล้ว เหมือนแก่เขาเหล่านั้นด้วย ​แต่​ว่าถ้อยคำซึ่งเขาได้ยินนั้นไม่​ได้​​เป็นประโยชน์​​แก่​​เขา​ เพราะว่าเขาไม่​มี​ความเชื่อพ้องกับผู้​ที่​​ได้ยิน​

For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.
