اَلرِّسَالَةُ إِلَى ٱلْعِبْرَانِيِّينَ 12:11

وَلَكِنَّ كُلَّ تَأْدِيبٍ فِي ٱلْحَاضِرِ لَا يُرَى أَنَّهُ لِلْفَرَحِ بَلْ لِلْحَزَنِ. وَأَمَّا أَخِيرًا فَيُعْطِي ٱلَّذِينَ يَتَدَرَّبُونَ بِهِ ثَمَرَ بِرٍّ لِلسَّلَامِ.

Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.
