પણ હવે વધારે ઉત્તમ, એટલે સ્વર્ગીય દેશની તેઓ બહુ ઇચ્છા રાખે છે; માટે ઈશ્વર તેઓના ઈશ્વર કહેવાતા શરમાતા નથી, કેમ કે તેમણે તેઓને માટે એક શહેર નિર્માણ કર્યું છે.
