A lei de Moisés é apenas uma sombra das boas coisas que estavam por vir e, não, a realidade verdadeira. Então, ela nunca conseguirá, por meio de sacrifícios realizados ano após ano, tornar justos aqueles que prestam culto a Deus.

For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.
