เพราะดู​เถิด​ เรากำลังเร้าคนเคลเดีย ​ประชาชาติ​​ที่​ขมขื่นและรีบร้อนนั้น ​ผู้​​กร​ีธาทัพไปทั่วแผ่นดิน เพื่อยึดเอาบ้านเรือนที่​มิใช่​ของตน

For, lo, I raise up the Chaldeans, that bitter and hasty nation, which shall march through the breadth of the land, to possess the dwellingplaces that are not theirs.
