రాజులను అపహాస్యం చేస్తారు. అధిపతులను హేళన చేస్తారు. ప్రాకారాలున్న దుర్గాలన్నిటిని తృణీకరిస్తారు. మట్టి దిబ్బలు వేసి వాటిని పట్టుకుంటారు.

And they shall scoff at the kings, and the princes shall be a scorn unto them: they shall deride every strong hold; for they shall heap dust, and take it.
