हबक्कूक 1:4

इसलिए व्यवस्था ढीली हो गई और न्याय कभी नहीं प्रगट होता। दुष्ट लोग धर्मी को घेर लेते हैं; इसलिए न्याय का खून हो रहा है1:4 खून हो रहा है: अर्थात् बिगड़ रहा है या बदल रहा है।।

Therefore the law is slacked, and judgment doth never go forth: for the wicked doth compass about the righteous; therefore wrong judgment proceedeth.
