ஆதியாகமம் 6:7

அப்பொழுது யெகோவா: “நான் உருவாக்கிய மனிதனை பூமியின்மேல் வைக்காமல், மனிதன் முதற்கொண்டு, மிருகங்கள், ஊரும் பிராணிகள், ஆகாயத்துப் பறவைகள்வரை உண்டாயிருக்கிறவைகளை அழித்துப்போடுவேன்; நான் அவர்களை உண்டாக்கினது எனக்கு மனவேதனையாக இருக்கிறது” என்றார்.

And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.
