Also segnete er sie des Tages und sprach: Wer in Israel will jemand segnen, der sage: Gott setze dich wie Ephraim und Manasse! und setzte also Ephraim Manasse vor.

And he blessed them that day, saying, In thee shall Israel bless, saying, God make thee as Ephraim and as Manasseh: and he set Ephraim before Manasseh.
