De sa till farao: ”Vi har kommit för att vistas i landet, för det finns inget bete för dina tjänares småboskap (får) eftersom hungersnöden och torkan är stor i Kanaans land. Därför ber (vädjar) vi dig nu, låt dina tjänare bo i Goshens land.”
