ஆதியாகமம் 44:16

அதற்கு யூதா: “என் ஆண்டவனாகிய உம்மிடத்தில் நாங்கள் என்ன சொல்லுவோம்? எதைப் பேசுவோம்? எதினாலே எங்களுடைய நீதியை விளங்கச்செய்வோம்? உம்முடைய அடியாரின் அக்கிரமத்தை தேவன் விளங்கச்செய்தார்; பாத்திரத்தை வைத்திருக்கிறவனும் நாங்களும் என் ஆண்டவனுக்கு அடிமைகள்” என்றான்.

And Judah said, What shall we say unto my lord? what shall we speak? or how shall we clear ourselves? God hath found out the iniquity of thy servants: behold, we are my lord’s servants, both we, and he also with whom the cup is found.
