Siehe, das Geld, das wir fanden oben in unsern Säcken, haben wir wiedergebracht zu dir aus dem Lande Kanaan. Und wie sollten wir denn aus deines Herrn Hause gestohlen haben Silber und Gold?

Behold, the money, which we found in our sacks’ mouths, we brought again unto thee out of the land of Canaan: how then should we steal out of thy lord’s house silver or gold?
