ഉല്പത്തി 38:26

യെഹൂദാ അവയെ അറിഞ്ഞു: അവൾ എന്നിലും നീതിയുള്ളവൾ; ഞാൻ അവളെ എന്റെ മകൻ ശേലാവിന്നു കൊടുത്തില്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു; അതിൽ പിന്നെ അവളെ പരിഗ്രഹിച്ചതുമില്ല.

And Judah acknowledged them, and said, She hath been more righteous than I; because that I gave her not to Shelah my son. And he knew her again no more.
