ஆதியாகமம் 37:35

அவனுடைய மகன்கள், மகள்கள் எல்லோரும் அவனுக்கு ஆறுதல் சொல்ல வந்து நின்றார்கள்; ஆனாலும் அவன் ஆறுதலுக்கு இடம்கொடாமல், “நான் துக்கத்தோடு என் மகனிடத்திற்கு பாதாளத்தில் இறங்குவேன்” என்றான். இந்த விதமாக அவனுடைய தகப்பன் அவனுக்காக அழுதுகொண்டிருந்தான்.

And all his sons and all his daughters rose up to comfort him; but he refused to be comforted; and he said, For I will go down into the grave unto my son mourning. Thus his father wept for him.
