ഉല്പത്തി 37:35

അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരും പുത്രിമാരും എല്ലാം അവനെ ആശ്വസിപ്പിപ്പാൻ വന്നു; അവനോ ആശ്വാസം കൈക്കൊൾവാൻ മനസ്സില്ലാതെ: ഞാൻ ദുഃഖത്തോടെ എന്റെ മകന്റെ അടുക്കൽ പാതാളത്തിൽ ഇറങ്ങുമെന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. ഇങ്ങനെ അവന്റെ അപ്പൻ അവനെക്കുറിച്ചു കരഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു.

And all his sons and all his daughters rose up to comfort him; but he refused to be comforted; and he said, For I will go down into the grave unto my son mourning. Thus his father wept for him.
