​หน​ังสือปฐมกาล 35:1

พระเจ้าตรัสแก่ยาโคบว่า “จงลุกขึ้นแล้วขึ้นไปยังเบธเอล และอาศัยอยู่​ที่นั่น​ ทำแท่​นที​่นั่นบูชาพระเจ้าผู้สำแดงพระองค์​แก่​​เจ้​าเมื่อเจ้าหนีไปจากหน้าเอซาวพี่ชายของเจ้า”

And God said unto Jacob, Arise, go up to Beth-el, and dwell there: and make there an altar unto God, that appeared unto thee when thou fleddest from the face of Esau thy brother.
