யாக்கோபு சுக்கோத்திற்குப் பயணம்செய்து, தனக்கு ஒரு வீடு கட்டி, தன் மிருகஜீவன்களுக்குக் கூடாரங்களைப் போட்டான்; அதனால் அந்த இடத்திற்கு சுக்கோத் என்று பெயரிட்டான்.

And Jacob journeyed to Succoth, and built him an house, and made booths for his cattle: therefore the name of the place is called Succoth.
