ఆదికాండం 31:44

కాబట్టి నువ్వూ నేనూ ఒక నిబంధన చేసుకుందాం రా. అది నాకూ, నీకూ మధ్య సాక్షిగా ఉంటుంది” అని యాకోబుతో అన్నాడు.

Now therefore come thou, let us make a covenant, I and thou; and let it be for a witness between me and thee.
