ഉല്പത്തി 31:50

നീ എന്റെ പുത്രിമാരെ ഉപദ്രവിക്കയോ എന്റെ പുത്രിമാരെയല്ലാതെ വേറെ സ്ത്രീകളെ പരിഗ്രഹിക്കയോ ചെയ്യുമെങ്കിൽ നമ്മോടുകൂടെ ആരും ഇല്ല; നോക്കുക, ദൈവം തന്നേ എനിക്കും നിനക്കും മദ്ധ്യേ സാക്ഷി എന്നു അവൻ പറഞ്ഞു.

If thou shalt afflict my daughters, or if thou shalt take other wives beside my daughters, no man is with us; see, God is witness betwixt me and thee.
