उत्पत्ति 31:8

जब उसने कहा, ‘चित्तीवाले बच्चे तेरी मजदूरी ठहरेंगे,’ तब सब भेड़-बकरियाँ चित्तीवाले ही जनने लगीं, और जब उसने कहा, ‘धारीवाले बच्चे तेरी मजदूरी ठहरेंगे,’ तब सब भेड़-बकरियाँ धारीवाले जनने लगीं।

If he said thus, The speckled shall be thy wages; then all the cattle bare speckled: and if he said thus, The ringstraked shall be thy hire; then bare all the cattle ringstraked.
