தன் நிலத்தின் கடைசியிலே இருக்கிற மக்பேலா எனப்பட்ட குகையை எனக்குச் சொந்தமான கல்லறை நிலமாகத் தரவேண்டும் என்று, அவரிடத்தில் எனக்காக வேண்டிக்கொள்ளுங்கள்; அதற்குரிய விலைக்கு அவர் அதைத் தரட்டும்” என்றான்.

That he may give me the cave of Machpelah, which he hath, which is in the end of his field; for as much money as it is worth he shall give it me for a possession of a buryingplace amongst you.
