Genesis 17:8

Ik zal aan u en uw nageslacht het land, waarin gij als vreemdeling vertoeft, het ganse land Kanaän, tot een altoosdurende bezitting geven, en Ik zal hun tot een God zijn.

And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.
