ఆదికాండం 15:5

ఆయన అతణ్ణి బయటకు తీసుకువచ్చి “నువ్వు ఆకాశం వైపు చూసి, ఆ నక్షత్రాలు లెక్కపెట్టడం నీకు చేతనైతే లెక్కపెట్టు” అని చెప్పి “నీ సంతానం కూడా అలా అవుతుంది” అని చెప్పాడు.

And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be.
