อับรามจึงพู​ดก​ับโลทว่า “​กรุ​ณาอย่าให้​มี​การวิ​วาทก​ันเลยระหว่างเรากับเจ้า และระหว่างคนเลี้ยงสัตว์ของเรากับคนเลี้ยงสัตว์ของเจ้า เพราะเราทั้งสองเป็นญาติ​กัน​

And Abram said unto Lot, Let there be no strife, I pray thee, between me and thee, and between my herdmen and thy herdmen; for we be brethren.
