ఆదికాండం 12:6

అబ్రాము ఆ ప్రదేశంలో షెకెములో ఉన్న ఒక ప్రాంతానికి వచ్చి మోరే ప్రాంతంలో సింధూర వృక్షం దగ్గరికి చేరుకున్నాడు. అప్పటికి ఆ ప్రదేశంలో కనానీయులు నివాసం ఉన్నారు.

¶ And Abram passed through the land unto the place of Sichem, unto the plain of Moreh. And the Canaanite was then in the land.
