उत्पत्ति 12:8

फिर वहाँ से आगे बढ़कर, वह उस पहाड़ पर आया, जो बेतेल के पूर्व की ओर है; और अपना तम्बू उस स्थान में खड़ा किया जिसके पश्चिम की ओर तो बेतेल, और पूर्व की ओर आई है; और वहाँ भी उसने यहोवा के लिये एक वेदी बनाई: और यहोवा से प्रार्थना की।

And he removed from thence unto a mountain on the east of Beth-el, and pitched his tent, having Beth-el on the west, and Hai on the east: and there he builded an altar unto the LORD, and called upon the name of the LORD.
