Första Moseboken 11:6

Herren sade: ”Se, de är ett enda folk och de har ett enda språk. Detta är deras första tilltag, och härefter ska ingenting vara omöjligt för dem vad de än beslutar sig för.

And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.
