சரீர இச்சை ஆவியானவருக்கு எதிராக செயல்படுகிறது. ஆவியானவர் சரீர இச்சைக்கு எதிராக செயல்படுகிறார்; நீங்கள் செய்யவேண்டியவைகளைச் செய்யாதபடி, இவைகள் ஒன்றுக்கொன்று எதிராக இருக்கிறது.

For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.
