ఎజ్రా 9:2

వారి ఆడపిల్లలను పెళ్లి చేసుకొంటున్నారు, తమ కూతుళ్ళని వారి కొడుకులకు ఇస్తున్నారు. ప్రత్యేక జనంగా ఉండాల్సిన వీరు ఆ జాతుల పవిత్రమైన ప్రజలతో కలిసిపోయారు. పైగా ఈ తప్పులు చేస్తున్న వారిలో మన పెద్దలు, అధికారులు కూడా ప్రముఖంగా ఉన్నారు.”

For they have taken of their daughters for themselves, and for their sons: so that the holy seed have mingled themselves with the people of those lands: yea, the hand of the princes and rulers hath been chief in this trespass.
