எஸ்றா 9:2

எப்படியென்றால், அவர்களுடைய மகள்களிலே தங்களுக்கும் தங்கள் மகன்களுக்கும் பெண்களைத் திருமணம் செய்துகொண்டார்கள்; இப்படியே பரிசுத்த வம்சம் தேசங்களின் மக்களோடே கலந்துவிட்டது; பிரபுக்களின் கையும், அதிகாரிகளின் கையும், இந்தக் குற்றத்தில் முந்தினதாயிருக்கிறது என்றார்கள்.

For they have taken of their daughters for themselves, and for their sons: so that the holy seed have mingled themselves with the people of those lands: yea, the hand of the princes and rulers hath been chief in this trespass.
