Esra 9:9

Även om vi är slavar har vår Gud (Elohim) inte övergett oss i vår träldom. Han har utökat sin nåd (omsorgsfulla kärlek) mot oss inför Persiens kung, upplivat oss för att kunna bygga upp vår Guds hus, resa upp dess ruiner och ge oss en mur i Juda och i Jerusalem.

For we were bondmen; yet our God hath not forsaken us in our bondage, but hath extended mercy unto us in the sight of the kings of Persia, to give us a reviving, to set up the house of our God, and to repair the desolations thereof, and to give us a wall in Judah and in Jerusalem.
