Sejak zaman nenek moyang kami sampai sekarang, kami terlalu banyak berbuat dosa terhadap Engkau. Itulah sebabnya, sejak dulu, rakyat Israel serta para raja dan imam kami terus dibunuh, dirampok, juga ditawan ke negeri musuh, seperti yang masih kami alami sekarang.
