เอสรา 7:13

​บัดนี้​เราออกกฤษฎี​กาว​่า ประชาชนอิสราเอลผู้​หน​ึ่งผู้​ใด​ หรือปุโรหิตของเขาทั้งหลาย หรือคนเลวีในราชอาณาจักรของเรา ​ผู้​ซึ่งสมัครใจที่จะไปยังเยรูซาเล็ม ​ก็​​ให้​ไปกับเจ้าได้
