ESDRA 7:25

E tu, Esdra, secondo la sapienza dell'Iddio tuo, che tu hai in mano, costituisci rettori, e giudici, i quali rendano ragione a tutto quel popolo che è di là dal fiume, cioè a tutti coloro che hanno conoscenza delle leggi dell'Iddio tuo; e insegnatele a quelli che non le sapranno.

And thou, Ezra, after the wisdom of thy God, that is in thine hand, set magistrates and judges, which may judge all the people that are beyond the river, all such as know the laws of thy God; and teach ye them that know them not.
