మందిరం మూడు వరసలున్న పెద్ద పెద్ద రాళ్లతో, ఒక వరస సరికొత్త మానులతో కట్టాలి. దానికయ్యే ఖర్చంతా రాజు ధనాగారం నుండి ఇవ్వాలి.
