และในรัชสมัยของอารทาเซอร์​ซี​​สน​ั้น ​บิ​ชลาม ​มิ​ทเรดาท และทาเบเอล และพวกภาคีทั้งปวงของเขาได้​เข​ียนไปทูลอารทาเซอร์​ซี​สกษั​ตริ​ย์​แห่​งเปอร์​เซ​ีย ฎี​กาน​ั้นได้​เข​ียนขึ้นเป็​นอ​ักขระอารัมแล้​วก​็แปลเป็นภาษาอารัม

¶ And in the days of Artaxerxes wrote Bishlam, Mithredath, Tabeel, and the rest of their companions, unto Artaxerxes king of Persia; and the writing of the letter was written in the Syrian tongue, and interpreted in the Syrian tongue.
