เอสรา 4:21

เพราะฉะนั้นท่านทั้งหลายจงออกคำสั่งว่า ​ให้​คนเหล่านี้หยุดและไม่ต้องสร้างเมืองนี้​ใหม่​ จนกว่าเราจะออกกฤษฎี​กา​

Give ye now commandment to cause these men to cease, and that this city be not builded, until another commandment shall be given from me.
