เอสรา 4:16

ข้าพระองค์ทั้งหลายขอกราบทูลให้​กษัตริย์​ทรงทราบว่า ถ้าเมืองนี้​ได้​สร้างใหม่เสร็จและกำแพงเมืองก็สำเร็จแล้ว ​พระองค์​จะไม่​มีกรรมสิทธิ์​ในมณฑลฟากแม่น้ำข้างนี้”

We certify the king that, if this city be builded again, and the walls thereof set up, by this means thou shalt have no portion on this side the river.
