ఇంకా అహష్వేరోషు పాలించడం ప్రారంభించినప్పుడు వారు యూదా, యెరూషలేము నివాసుల గురించి ఉత్తరం రాసి వారిపై తప్పుడు నేరాలు ఆరోపించారు.
