યરુશાલેમમાં જે પ્રતાપી રાજાઓએ નદી પારના આખા દેશ પર હકૂમત ચલાવી છે, તેમને લોકો કર તથા જકાત આપતા હતા.

There have been mighty kings also over Jerusalem, which have ruled over all countries beyond the river; and toll, tribute, and custom, was paid unto them.
