इसलिए अब इस आज्ञा का प्रचार कर कि वे मनुष्य रोके जाएँ और जब तक मेरी ओर से आज्ञा न मिले, तब तक वह नगर बनाया न जाए।

Give ye now commandment to cause these men to cease, and that this city be not builded, until another commandment shall be given from me.
