യെഹെസ്കേൽ 7:20

അതുകൊണ്ടുള്ള ആഭരണങ്ങളുടെ ഭംഗി അവർ ഡംഭത്തിന്നായി പ്രയോഗിച്ചു; അതുകൊണ്ടു അവർ തങ്ങൾക്കു മ്ലേച്ഛവിഗ്രഹങ്ങളെയും മലിനബിംബങ്ങളെയും ഉണ്ടാക്കി; ആകയാൽ ഞാൻ അതു അവർക്കു മലമാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

¶ As for the beauty of his ornament, he set it in majesty: but they made the images of their abominations and of their detestable things therein: therefore have I set it far from them.
