യെഹെസ്കേൽ 4:10

നീ ഭക്ഷിക്കുന്ന ആഹാരം ഒരു ദിവസത്തേക്കു ഇരുപതു ശേക്കെൽ തൂക്കമായിരിക്കേണം; നേരത്തോടു നേരം നീ അതുകൊണ്ടു ഉപജീവിച്ചുകൊള്ളേണം.

And thy meat which thou shalt eat shall be by weight, twenty shekels a day: from time to time shalt thou eat it.
