ส่วนเต็มซึ่งเจ้าจะต้องแบ่งแยกไว้นั้นให้เป็นสี่เหลี่ยมจตุรั​สด​้านละสองหมื่นห้าพันศอก นั่นคือส่วนบริ​สุทธิ​์รวมกับส่วนของตัวนคร
