Mkuu anayetawala hana ruhusa kuchukua urithi wowote wa watu na kuwaondoa kwenye mali zao. Mkuu atawalaye atawapa wanawe urithi wao, kutoka kwenye mali zake mwenyewe, ili kwamba pasiwe na mtu wangu yeyote atakayetengwa na urithi wake.’ ”
