పట్టణం కోసం 13 కిలోమీటర్ల 500 మీటర్ల పొడవు, 2 కిలో మీటర్ల 700 మీటర్ల వెడల్పు ఉన్న ఒక ప్రాంతం ఏర్పాటు చేయాలి. అది ప్రతిష్ఠిత స్థలానికి ఆనుకుని ఉండాలి. ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల్లో ఎవరికైనా అది చెందుతుంది.
