యెహోవాకు పరిచర్య చేయడానికి ఆయన సన్నిధికి వచ్చి పరిచర్య చేసే యాజకులకు కేటాయించిన ఆ భూమి ప్రతిష్ఠిత స్థలం అవుతుంది. అది వారి ఇళ్ళకోసం ఏర్పాటై, పరిశుద్ధ స్థలానికి ప్రతిష్ఠితంగా ఉంటుంది. మందిరంలో పరిచర్య చేసే లేవీయులు ఇళ్ళు కట్టుకుని నివసించేలా

The holy portion of the land shall be for the priests the ministers of the sanctuary, which shall come near to minister unto the LORD: and it shall be a place for their houses, and an holy place for the sanctuary.
