以西結書 3:18

我何時指着惡人說：他必要死；你若不警戒他，也不勸戒他，使他離開惡行，拯救他的性命，這惡人必死在罪孽之中；我卻要向你討他喪命的罪 。

When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.
