Hesekiel 36:36

Då ska folken som är kvar runt omkring er inse att jag, Herren, åter har byggt upp det som var förstört och på nytt planterat det som var ödelagt. Jag, Herren, har talat det, och jag ska göra det.

Then the heathen that are left round about you shall know that I the LORD build the ruined places, and plant that that was desolate: I the LORD have spoken it, and I will do it.
