Hesekiel 34:4

De svaga har ni inte styrkt, inte heller har ni botat det som varit sjukt, och ni har inte bundit upp det som varit brutet. Ni har inte fört tillbaka det som varit vilse och ni har inte letat efter det som varit förlorat [Matt 18:12; Luk 15:4], utan med våld har ni regerat över dem och med stränghet.

The diseased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye healed that which was sick, neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye brought again that which was driven away, neither have ye sought that which was lost; but with force and with cruelty have ye ruled them.
